What’s the process to book?

Once we’ve completed your complimentary consultation and both sides feel we’re the right fit, we’ll send over a simple electronic contract. After the contract is signed and the deposit is received, planning begins.

Will you work alone on my wedding day?

No. Your lead planner will always arrive with at least one assistant, depending on the size and scale of your event. An assistant is included in your package pricing at no additional cost.

What is your payment structure?

Full Planning and Partial Planning packages are paid in three installments: a 40% initial deposit, followed by two additional payments of 30% each. Month-Of Coordination is paid in two equal installments.

Are you experienced with multicultural weddings?

Absolutely. We have experience with a wide range of cultural traditions, from lion dances and horah celebrations to mandap design and other custom wedding elements.

How soon should I book your services?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date and allow ample time for thoughtful planning. The earlier we begin, the more support we can provide with budgeting, vendor selection, and overall event direction.
